The presentation will focus on the energy code requirements for electrical systems, barring any state amendments, based on the latest released edition which is currently in effect in Massachusetts and New York. The presentation will be a comprehensive review of both the prescriptive requirements of Chapter 4 of the IECC (International Energy Conservation Code) 2018 Edition and the prescriptive requirements of ASHRAE 90.1 2016 Edition. The presentation will identify where the two prescriptive requirements are similar and where they differ.
